Your role will include typing correspondence, preparing meeting agendas, site inspections, scheduling of fees, organising diaries, booking travel, collating expressions of interests, and pre-qual questionnaires and adhoc admin duties. To be successful in this role, you must have an excellent attention to detail, be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads. It is preferable if you come from an architectural or design background.
