A large retail boutique chain are looking for an in-house Store Planning and Development Assistant to join their London team. You will be required to help with the management and opening of new stores and refurbishment of current boutiques. This role will require you to have the ability to get involved with administrative duties such as management of refurbishment projects including budgeting and invoicing, site visits, liaising with contractors, co-ordination of client list shipments, management of project files and visiting stores from time to time. You must be prepared to travel. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD are desirable as is a degree in Architecture or Interiors. You must be able to problem solve and work on your own initiative. You must be confident in your communication. Living in luxury - Residential Technician required

Small residential company who work at the luxury end of the market with end user clients and developers are seeking a competent CAD technician who is capable of producing working drawings for high end residential projects. You must be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and be able to be a good all rounder who is capable of working both autonomously and as part of a busy team. A track record in AutoCAD is a must with the ability to read site surveys and visit sites to carry out building surveys. The projects are taken over as as a shell from the architects and all design aspects are then taken care of in-house such as all FF&E aspects and all joinery implementation drawings. At times you will be asked to deal with technical calls, preparing design boards and help on large proposals. This means being a real team player. Interested?
