Graphics Administrator, London

THE COMPANY: A small but expanding architecture practice is looking for an outstanding team player for a Graphics Administrator role. THE GRAPHICS ADMINISTRATOR ROLE: Your role will be to provide administrative and graphics support to the architectural team including managing the weekly diary and project review, putting together written and illustrated reports, updating the practice brochure and web site, and assisting with creating presentation material for the Managing Director’s meetings and talks. You will also need to format, edit and proof read reports, coordinate IT maintenance and updates, order books and catalogue the library, and assist with the research requirements of the practice. ABOUT YOU: You will have at least 2-3 years combined experience of both graphic design and administration. Software skills are also very important to this role especially Word, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Entourage and a familiarity working with MAC OS x 10. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a good team player and have a high attention to detail. Modernism in Malaysia experienced Part 2 or new Part 3 Architect. Have you got good front end design experience of Modernist buildings? We are looking for a part 2 or a Part 3 equivalent Architect to be posted for 4 years. You should have worked on design and design development, ideally on housing, retail , with some construction & working drawings experience. An attention and a good eye for detail would be beneficial. This role would suit an Architect wanting to escape Europe and wanting a warm climate to work on some slick schemes for a few years.
