Due to continued increase in their workload this small but very busy architectural practice based in the heart of Sussex is urgently seeking either an Architectural Assistant or Technician to join their planning team. Projects range from 1 or 2 detached houses right up to estates consisting of 800 residential units. The core business is within the residential/mixed use sector so they're heavily involved with schemes from the masterplanning stage right through to the construction detailing side so they employ an exceptionally talented team of Technicians, Assistants and Architects. You will be tasked with drawing up a number of different typical house types for a mix of private developers so you must possess previous experience within this sector and be totally AutoCAD literate. This is an ongoing contract position initially based in London but after a short period will be based on site in France, where you will oversee the construction of this large scheme.
