Design architect/facade designer. This leading international practice require a very talented design architect with specialist skills in facade systems. We are offering an opportunity to work on unique buildings/structures and therefore require people with the vision to think outside of the box. This is a unique position as it is primarily a design role that requires an innate technical background that understands how curtain wall systems work, their sizes and limitations, and the performance aspects required. Additionally, it requires a good visual eye in order to make critical decisions when it comes to proportion, scale, concept and form. You will mainly be responsible for the following; managing junior designers on the team. Detailed design of facade systems, both at the building scale and the component scale. Quality control and production of any visual material, using Rhino, Vray and Revit (2d material is primarily produced by others). Coordinating visualisations with outside consultants coordinating facade performance requirements with outside consultants. Interested? Project Manager Required

This privately owned boutique high-end residential development company is experiencing a huge increase in business and is now looking to add to their in-house Project Management team. They are urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record within the high-end residential sector to join their experienced team. You will be responsible for ensuring that each of your own projects are on time, in budget and to their own high standards. In short you will be responsible for the operational aspect of each site that you're working on. Your role will involve being the daily point of contact between the office and builders, undertaking site meetings, negotiating and ordering supplies, ensuring projects run on time and in budget (this includes preparing a full project schedule and weekly updates), ensuring all projects adhere to the latest health & safety and building control regulations and that projects are completed to the company's high standards. To be considered for this role you will ideally have a few years experience within the high-end residential sector and have a solid understanding about building a project from start to finish.
