The Strategy Team work within urban design, looking to see how areas can be improved by the use of innovative and ingenious design, architecture and interiors. The team is made up of busy, talented designers and project leaders who need someone to keep them organised by arranging travel, accommodation, diaries and meetings. You'll look after mail, prepare client mail outs, presentations, organise social events, review proposals, liaise with finance and maintain sales forecasts and fee proposals. It's a very varied and busy role and the ideal candidate will have experience of working within a design or architecture company in a team environment. Excellent administration, Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills are a must as is the ability to keep calm when under pressure and juggle an ever changing workload.
