You will be responsible for providing secretarial support at the Director level including diary management, arranging meetings and travel, and issuing correspondence. Other areas of responsibility for this team administrator role include providing support with logistical and administrative functions, and coordinating with Project Architects to ensure deadlines are met. A prestigious holding company (art galleries) is looking for a Project Analyst with extensive experience in budgeting, consignment and fabrication management. PROJECT ANALYST ROLE. Your role will be to work on pricing structures, consignments and fabrication costs while liaising with external organizations including galleries, financial institutions and suppliers. Organizing the yearly stock take, arranging insurance, and analysing data and sales information for the creative team are also part of the role. This role sits within the Exhibition and Events team and you will liaise heavily with the company’s finance function. ABOUT YOU. You will be an extremely competent analyst with 3-4 years previous experience with project and financial management in a creative environment (ideally fine art). This includes the preparation of budgets and the monitoring of project costs. Excellent numeracy, costing and accounting skills are necessary along with advanced Excel. And you should have the ability to work on projects independently and present information confidently to Senior Management and the Board.
