Residential Designer, Weybridge. A small creative Weybridge consultancy who specialises in high-end luxury homes is looking for a Middle-weight / Senior Residential designer. This is an exciting time to join a progressive studio who are rapidly expanding in all areas. To qualify for this role you must be fluent in Vectorworks or have a general understanding (cross training will be given for the right candidate). You will also need to be client facing, with a knowledgeable understanding of FF&E and design. You will be working on a mixture of listed properties, new builds and private residencies. Your portfolio must show that you have varied skills sets and have experience running high end contemporary residential projects. Sketch work, mood boards and implementation packages need to be produced along with some evidence of procurement and design schedules. You must also hold a full UK driving licence as you will be required to drive to various sites on a regular basis.
