Living in luxury - Residential Technician required

Small residential company who work at the luxury end of the market with end user clients and developers are seeking a competent CAD technician who is capable of producing working drawings for high end residential projects. You must be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and be able to be a good all rounder who is capable of working both autonomously and as part of a busy team. A track record in AutoCAD is a must with the ability to read site surveys and visit sites to carry out building surveys. The projects are taken over as as a shell from the architects and all design aspects are then taken care of in-house such as all FF&E aspects and all joinery implementation drawings. At times you will be asked to deal with technical calls, preparing design boards and help on large proposals. This means being a real team player. Interested? The role entails either dressing let properties or designing new schemes for developers. You will be required to liaise with landlords and estate agents and need to be client facing and able to deal with contractors on the phone. You must be able to drive as some jobs will require to be visited which are reached easier by car. A pool car will be provided for communal use. AutoCAD and Photoshop required. Technical Co-Ordinator Required - Temp to Perm

Have you got experience of working on large scale fast track projects? Experience working with contractors and associate consultants? Do you have intimate knowledge of code issues as well as experience dealing with building control authorities? If so then this is potentially the role for you. A large international architectural practice is looking for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to join their expanding team. This would initially be on a freelance basis with the view to potentially going permanent. You will be expected to mainly be responsible for monitoring the interior fit-out progress, working closely with the main contractor and the construction administrator overseeing the construction of projects making timely decisions where required.
