Creative and Confident Senior Residential Designer; North Cerney, Cirencester

A small design agency that works predominantly on residential projects are looking for a confident and creative senior designer to join their team. The candidate will be involved with all aspects of the design process from client liaison, concept work, detailed estimates to cost analysis and co-ordinating contractors onto site. You will need to be client facing with a 'hands on' approach using AutoCAD and Photoshop to produce not only room layouts, but also detailed drawings and elevations. This is an amazing opportunity for a competent creative designer to join a friendly team and work on both classic and contemporary style high end residential projects in beautiful country surroundings. The ideal candidates will have varying levels of experience but ideally have a proven track record working on a range of big budget office projects. AutoCAD experience a must as well as a good level of freehand sketching. A large Fit out company, based in Wokingham, are looking for a technical designer to join their team working on high level, low level drawings, joinery packages, mood boards and space planning. You will need to be client facing and able to manage large projects from co-ordination through to site. You will be expected to be up and running immediately and be able to juggle the demands of fast pace projects. Site survey experience is a must, along with the knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketchup.
