Major Developer in Abu Dhabi who currently manages a portfolio of 40+ hotels in the formative stages of development needs you. You will be an energetic individual, with a strong background in hotels, architecture and project management achieved either through working with a hotel operator or through detailed design of hotels within an architectural practice. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a Bachelor or Diploma of Architecture and preferably, a recognised Project Management qualification. You will manage the cost databases, the production of facilities criteria, the review of designs prepared by appointed consultants from an investment and operational perspective and liaise with operators to ensure the needs of the brands are aligned with the needs of the Developer.
