To be responsible for architecture and interiors construction works of a large and high-quality commercial and multi-use building project in Kuwait. This person will lead a team of Architects and duties include coordination with Client and Designers involving site inspection, review, approval of shop drawings and material submittals. Attend progress meetings with Client, Contractors and Site Supervision Staff to provide proper solutions and ensure quality control. Coordinate with specialist firms for specialist works, agree program and delivery schedules. Must have extensive experience in supervising high quality architectural works and finishes on major projects. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
